This double display case is built to suit 2 Panasonic 65SQE1W TVs, but would suit many more similar screens from other brands.
The TV case is designed to be flexible and future proof. Plywood and foam insert across the depth of the case helps to add the structure strenght of these very long cases compared to the usual design having dividers along the width of the case. More over, these foam and plywood inserts are flexible enough to be located anywhere in the case to ensure they can provide the best protection of the flatscreen displays from all 3 sides. The 50MM EVA foam inserts are designed to be 5mm bigger than the plywood insert so that the displays won’t be in contact with the plywood and get scratched.
In many cases, the TV panels are used for events and will need to have wall mount or truss mount brackets stored in the case. This TV road case not only have an end compartment for storage of the wall mount brackets, it also allows the vertical brackets to stay on the TVs while they are in the case. This will reduce setup and pack down time as well as reducing loosen parts that might get lost.
The plywood and foam inserts are easily replacable in case displays of similar size from a different manufacturer need to be store in the case. When you upgrade your monitors, you won’t need to worry about having to spend money buy a whole new road case for them.
