Like other gaming and media products, your Meta Quest 2 VR System is sensitive electronic equipment. It needs to be stored securely while charging is carried out in an efficient way. Our design team members were able to effectively provide suitable solutions for the customer’s needs and the charging station case for 32 Oculus Quest 2 headsets and hand controllers was successfully manufactured.
The case has a simple, rectangular pyramidal design with a hinged lid attached in the middle. The overall size of the case is suitable and compact with charging stations installed inside. The inside of the case is separated into four columns with 8 spaces by horizontal dividers. Along the middle of the spaces, there are 16 charging ports each side with 30W of power for each one. A sufficient number of charging ports and ample spaces provide the efficient storage and charging of the headsets
The exterior of the case is made with 9mm thick plywood panels. These panels are highly effective for protecting the inside products from external impact.Â
The edges and corners of the case are covered with rigid aluminum extrusions and smooth ball corners which ensure the secure protection of the headsets from possible damages caused by external impact on the case during transportation.

- ARMOR P901 9MM laminated panels with black honeycomb exterior as a standard
- 9mm plywood panels with double side laminate to create space boxes
- 5mm EVA lining all around inside each space box to protect the device from scratches

Armor Cases continuously improve the transportation cases using the feedback from the end user. The road Case has been tested under extreme conditions. The EVA foam insert functionality proves vital for the safety of speakers.
We have learned from our past experiences that EVA padding and inserts made in segments are less efficient so we have made the EVA insert out of single thick EVA foam to avoid the backlash and gaps in the case which can cause vibrations within case leading to failure.
